Charles Reeves, doing business as All Stain of Austin, is a scam artist. He did a lousy job of staining our fence and admitted in an email that his sprayer nozzle was defective, and then refused to honor the 3 yuear warranty by returning to respray the fence. He requires payment up front, even if you are dissatisfied with his work - the only recourse is to use his worthless "3 year warranty".
