Charles Reeves of All Stain of Austin does not honor his 3 yr. Warranty!

Charles Reeves is a scam artist. He came out and stained my outdoor stairs and railings and provided a 3 year warranty on the stain and seal. After it had faded in several places within 3 months I called him up about it. First he blamed it on the company that provided the stain and he couldn't fix it until they paid him to do it again (why is that my problem? It's All Stain's warranty he provided, not the company he buys stain from). After that, he began dodging my phone calls. Once I caught him on it by calling from my wife's phone, he claimed he had been in an accident and that's why he couldn't talk to me. I told him that it was on him to come out and fix it since it was his warranty. He said he would come out that week. He never showed up and never called to tell me why or reschedule. After having my phone calls ignored again, I called from yet another phone and got a hold of him. This time he said he was on a really big job and wouldn't be able to come out until early the next week. Next week came and went with no word from Charles. I have been unable to contact him since then and even sent an email on the website.
