REFUSES TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS Purchased In Johnstown Pennsylvania

Purchased 10 gallons of Behr Premium stain for my deck. Applied it per the insturctions, as I have done in the past. This is a large deck and I had to pay a friend to help me, additional money.

I contacted the company and provided them with distinct details and pix of the stain on the deck, which didn't hold at all. There answer was to have me buy hundreds of dollars worth of additional Behr products... Then, they would reimburse me the ORIGINAL amount only.

Why would I buy more of this product that was obviously a bad batch. Plus, I'm out the amount of money I paid for the help. NEVER buy BEHR products.
