Directv took out $443.19 out of my checking account that I didn't owe, 3 months after I discontinued my service. When I called them, I was told that they could give me a $60.00 credit they didn't know why my service was not cutoff

Directv, without authorization, removed $443.19 out of my checking account that I didn't owe, 3 months after I discontinued my service. When I called them, I was told that they could give me a $60.00 credit and that they didn't know why my service was not cutoff on the date that I terminated it. Their records showed that I terminated service 3 months ago. I tried to talk with a supervisor but kept getting disconnected.
