Thru no authorization of mine directv withdrew 216.73 after they cutoff my service. I'm told that when i signed up with them this was written in the agreement. But wait there's more about a year and a half ago i had a reciever go bad on me. So I called them and they sent me a new reciever but they never sent me a box to send the old receiver back a month later I had 458.00 taken out of my checking account for the cost of the old receiver! Do you know what does to a checking account? So I spoke to a supervisor at directv they promised me I would be fully refunded the 458.00 put back into my account, but it was just a lie all they did was credit my account
