T-Mobile is full of fraudulent operated company Ohio

Dear Sir, T-Mobile is full of fraudulent operated company I have allot of evidence. I been with T-mobile almost 2 years and only poor service and promises, and drooped calls overcharging. After i cancel the service they asking to pay the final bill without sending one.
And customer service rood and threatening to report to credit agency.

I will glad to pay but I am looking for final bill, plus they cut off my account over the internet.
2 year ago T-Mobil send me 2 defectives phones and promises to replaced, and replaced only one, after a year, so I been using defective phone for the year and keep promise me over the year to change other one.
And they realize they mistake but no refund no excuse.

I was in contract and they using it situation and abusing clients. I am asking refund for one year of service. What a joke. Thank you.

07/25 Recieved 2 bills without details, one state it $69.82 other
$63.44 received the same day. Call T_Mobile, and ask which bill is correct?
They were told me $69.82 because I was late. Why I am late? I asked them. T-Mobile disable my internet access to my account.

Stay away from this joke corporate, drop call, low signal, poor customer service and unreasonable prices.
Switch to ATT and no problem at all.
