Butchered my hair and would not refund me

Went to Head and Shoulders Above for a cut and perm. Had the worst hairdresser ever. She smoked the whole time she did my hair. She ran her mouth non stop and left the perm solution on too long. She is not the person who normally done my hair but she had quit so I went ahead and had this person do it.

I should have known not to use her based on how her hair looked. She was a rough looking person—even had 2 front teeth missing. After it was over and after I had paid on credit card I decided I looked like a poodle and did not think I should have to pay for that! I askd niceley to have my card credited.

Then the salon manager Treesie stepped in and called me a lesbian dyke freeloader. I am a lesbian but still, it was so unbelievable. They started yelling obscenities and and names out the door into the parking lot at me and my partner. These 2 were serious rednecks and so unprofessional.
