Won't honor extended service

I bought a Used Lightweight AC which had three years left about the Grasp Defense Deal. No-where within the contract made it happen express the the initial operator needed to accepted of Transferability. It says This MPA is transferable to any future operator of the coated items, susceptible to the conditions and terms of the MPA. I've the initial bill and also the MPA what more do they require. I've no method of locating the initial operator I purchased finished over this past year. The initial seller paid $539.98 for that AC and $89.99 for that MPA plus tax to get a whole of $581.56.

And So I am caught having a $581.00 bit of crap
