I purchased an air compressor and discovered a part missing

I bought an air compressor and found a component lacking. Sears components wouldn't provide me one-but needed me to purchase one for over $11. Mean-time I can’t make use of the compressor because the component is on back-order. Nowadays I came across that there's another component absent and Sears components shows me that I'll need to contact the shop. The thing is that I purchased the compressor in COMPANY on my method to employment in MO. Today I’m caught having a Builder Compressor that's ineffective and that I require it for function. I can’t actually return it since I'm outofstate on the work. I really furious using the poor method Sears has arrived at do things. I expected better from Sears.
