I scheduled delivery of a washing machine when I purchased it 9/24/10, now the day has arrived for delivery and they can not find my order. The supervisor I spoke with REFUSED to give me her last initial of her name (as if though a flippin initial is covered under any privacy policy) and would not help me contact the store local delivery dept which opens at 7am to try & rectify the situation. What makes it worse is the individual I spoke with actually had the nerve to ask me if I was sure I purchased my washing machine from SEARS since my receipt did not have the information she wanted on it. Sears Delivery was of absolutely no help and attempted to make me feel illiterate. I explained to the supervisor I thought something was wrong with my receipt originally since I have purchased Items from sears in the past, I even took the time to walk back into the store after reviewing my receipt in the car to double check with the sales associate that all was set for proper delivery at which point he reassured me everything was fine and my washer would be delivered the 4th of October. Well, here it is the 4th and no one can help me.
