Then when you click the link and go to their website and enter all your information, a total price of $19.90 is displayed in upper right hand of screen. The total includes some other stuff that you did not ask for and there is no other way to get the other stuff out of the total. To their credit the jacked up total is displayed before you enter your payment info.
