Creditreport.com ripoff by creditreport.com! Please help!

I ordered 3 Bureau Credit Report for $19.95 from the website called creditreport.com.
I could be able to view my report and didn't have any problem until I got my order confirmation from them. They charged me another $49.99[for uggrade $9.95 and credit monitoring $40]that I didn't even know about! So they charged me total of $69.90! Ok so I called the customer service and told them about these charges and they said they will cancel the credit monitoring and refund my money. I felt kinda weird about this company and searched through internet and found out that there're so many complaints about them! O_O T^T I am so worried and sick to my stomach!

Even if they told me that they would cancel the credit monitoring[that I didn't even apply! ] & refund my money, I can't trust them! And further more, I am worry that they would keep charging me fees! What should I do? Should I change my bank account so they can't get my money out? What if they report to a collection agency for unpaid bills? But then again, I didn't sign any contract with them so should I feel at peace? Besides they are the one who is a scam! Please somebody advise! This things never happened to me so I don't know how I should react to this!
