Creditreport ripoff took money from me without giving anything except trouble back in return

I got ripped off by Creditreport.com and would like to see them get what they deserve. Also get my money back. I am elderly on a fixed income and barely make ends meet.

On Aug. 7 I filled out forms for a free credit report from Creditreport.com on the internet. Got a confirmation letter but no report was forthcoming. Aug. 12 Creditreport.com deducted $25.95 from my bank acount. When I contacted them they said they didn't have enough information. I cancelled my request for the report and was told I would receive a credit to my bank account within 5 days.

Instead on aug. 19 Creditreport.com took anothe $40 from my account making the total $65.95 of my money they have. Talking to a representive of the company has done no good for all they say is they will sent the refund in 7 to 14 business days. I don't believe them. Told them the money they took was what I had to live on until my SS comes in the first of Sept. Didn't seem like he cared for he said he could do nothing more. I hope someone can make companys like this pay.
