If you need a quick turn around time on repairing your report this is not the company to use.

Creditreport.com had this great offer... Pay one price, get all 3 of your credit reports at once. The price was $29.95 but you had to click through a confusing screen and pay $30.00 for quarterly notification. Price for this report $59.95

Received the report as promised showing all 3 agencies along with a score card, phone numbers and address. They even gave you a phone number to Credit Report with the following "blurb"..

"If you dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in a credit report Creditreport.com has provided, we will have the providing CRA (First American CREDCO) reinvestigate the information for you. Simply call us toll-free: 1-877-863-3067"

I called them and was helped by a really nice guy but was told I need to call the agencies directly to have items changed. Once I called the agencies I was informed by all 3 that they would not talk to me since I didn't purchase their report. If I wanted to pay for theirs I could speak on the phone. All 3 reports added up to less than the $29.95 I paid originally. The only way to get items corrected was by mail. This could take weeks.
