Uses deceptive advertising and will not give me a refund

I signed up for their free 7-day trial. I was able to see my Trans Union credit report as well as a credit score. On the member's home page, it says "Click here to receive your report from all 3 credit bureaus, and your credit score FREE." I clicked on the link, filled out the form, and viewed my reports. Then I saw a $24.95 charge on my bank statement.

I called them to get a refund, but they claim that because I was able to view the reports, I am not able to get a refund. They claim that the cost was not misrepresented, but if it was displayed anywhere, it was NOT in plain sight and it WAS absolutely misrepresented on the link I clicked. Why would I pay $25 for reports that I can see for FREE from the SOURCE?!

They're charging you for something that comes free to you! I was planning on keeping my membership with them until they pulled this and then were so rude on the phone. I talked to 3 different people and they were all rude and said "well it was your choice to order this product or not." THEY ARE DISHONESTAND MISREPRESENT THEIR PRODUCTS! Then they are RUDE on the phone! They don't care at all, they act annoyed and talk to you like you're a moron!
