Our very first time purchasing with this specific organization — and not again.

Our mom's relative's 92nd birthday. On May 9 I requested agreement be delivered to her on her behalf Birthday - May 11. Yes, I understand that is also Mom's Day - making large-volume of purchases... Although not til May 10 did an 800-Flowers.com repetition telephone to express that agreement was sold-out. The repetition hunted around and created another agreement that may/will be shipped possibly about the 10th or even the 11th. As of this moment, 1P.M. About the 11th, I Have had no verification regarding purchase and also have called the receiver twice... She's not gotten any blossoms.

I Have called 800Flowers twice - voiced and to a - who can't promise something... They claim they will have talked towards the local florist, whonot have time for you to examine whether they certainly possess the purchase, since they've a lot of purchases - being Mom's Evening. Florist claims they quit deliveries at4 P.M. Today (it's, obviously, Sunday). 800Flowers state that they continue providing until 7P.M. Who to think? I still don't have any verification via email from 800Flowers — the telephone repetitions cannot provide me-any conclusive term/verification on my purchase regarding whether it'll occur today. And, unfortunately I've today dropped the chance/time for you to contact among the receiver's neighbors in Ny, to request when they might purchase/provide an agreement that I'd pay them.

800Flowers — should you cannot manage this type of Vacation amount of purchases, then post a cut off. You're discouraging your visitors - I'll NEVER purchase again from 800Flowers!
