I have heard the jingle (credit-report-dot-com),

Seen the commercial on tv,

Ran accross the name several times online.

I filled out online form with my personal information (name, address, phone, soc. Sec. #).

CreditReport.com claims this is a free offer (in fact vindale.com is suppost to pay me $5, paypal or check, to evaluate after)

I submitted this form with my personal information, to CreditReport.com, who is now refusing to do anything without a valid credit card.
