T-Mobile Early ermination fee scam

I had service with T-Mobile for at least 6-7 years with no interruptions and paid on time. I used it for my work in sales with at least over 100 contacts.

At the time my Aunt opened the account under her name and it was billed to me at my home address. A few months back I called to make a payment by phone and asked if I could put the account under my name since my Aunt had past away from cancer a couple of years ago.

I requested that I absolutely needed to keep the same phone number for my business or I could lose a lot my customers. Well I could not believe the response they gave me. They said I couldn't keep this line unless I get a death certificate and immediately turned off the phone that day.

I of course freaked out being that it was my source of income and I am a single parent. They said I could get a new contract the next day but not with that number.

So I had no choice but to get a new phone and they sent me a bill for over 200.00 for early disconnect on my Aunts original contract. They will not do any thing about it and they will put this on my credit report help???
