T-mobile is taking advantage of customers traveling to Europe. I travel every other month and I had an extra $1,200 on my bill last month I called and they told me they changed the rates. I been a T-mobile customer for 8 years. I asked them to disconnect my service at no charge. They said they would. Then today I made a final payment of $424.42. Its $100,00 over a normal month. Then they told me I will have $400.00 early disconnect fee. Before they took payment they said they would wave it. I gave payment and they hung up the call. I called back to make sure the account was closed and they told me I need to pay the $400.00 fee.
