52 inch big screen TV repair and loaner never delivered

I rented a big screen TV from Aarons and still owe some money on it. It has been just over a year since I started the lease. The TV needs to be repaired, so I called Aarons. They sent the delivery guys to look at it, decided it was broken, and set up an appointment to pick up the TV and replace it with a loaner TV of the same size (52 inch). That was last week. I called on the day they were supposed to bring me a loaner and pick up mine to be repaired, which I was told could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. By 4 pm I had not heard from Aarons on when they would arrive at my home. When I called the store, I was told they only had a 26 inch TV to loan in place of my 52 inch. I explained that was not fair to me, as I am still making payments on the 52 inch. They explained that if I waited until Monday they would have a loaner in my size. This was on Saturday. When Monday came, there was still no Aarons. I called again, and they explained that they had a 40 inch loaner but no 52 inch, and that they were unable to contact the driver. This was at 11:30 am on Monday. At 6 pm Monday night I called again, and they still could not get hold of the drivers and explained that they would be there that night to provide the loaner. I told them to contact the driver and said I would call back in 1 hour.

When I called back, every person I spoke to at Aarons was not available; they were all in the field making deliveries. I explained that I know this store only has 1 truck and asked how everyone could be driving one truck. I got upset, and my husband called back around 7:45 and they explained that they would be there. Now it is Tuesday and there is still no call or sight of Aarons. I paid most of the TV off and my balance is very small compared to the price of the TV, and I am not walking away from this $3000.00 in the hole and with a broken TV.
