Not as advertised!

I requested an easy agreement for my mom for Easter. As she enjoys striking shades, I requested a hot-pink flowers and alstromeria mixture that seemed wonderful online. While it came, it included not hot-pink flowers but crimson flowers (2 which died within 2 times of coming). The distinction isn't small, particularly when you set red flowers with warm red alstromeria. After I reported I had been educated the fine-print claims they "occasionally" need to make alternatives. I'd wish that such alternatives were really BELIEVED about before doing anything so ill considered. Blossoms are a visible present and tend to be chosen successfully. No body questioned if this replacement was appropriate in my experience. When they had, I'd have stated number and created another choice. Therefore the training here's easy. Should you worry about exactly what the blossoms seem like, do not use 1 800-BLOSSOMS (aka ProFlowers). I truly wont utilize them again.
