On Dec 17, we notified Directtv that we were leaving MD at the end of thate month to go to CA. We asked them to end the sevice in MD, and we would resume the service when we settled in CA. We didn't have a specific date to resume service.
They then billed us for the month of January. We didn't resume service until February.
They know of the call but because the person who answered the phone didn't handle it properly, they are billing us for a month when we notified them we couldn't get service, and we didn't get service.
Their employee made the error, but they insist on sticking us with the bill. They are a NO class company and offer only customer DISservice.
