I too was dumb enough to look at the website for the top 10 resume writing services, which must also be owned by Resume Pro Writers. This site listed them as the number one resume writing service.

I was a little suspicious when I received a phone call from them. The connection sounded like the call was coming from Mars and the caller had a foreign accent.

I soon received the first draft of my resume and needless to say it was not up to par for a professional service. I immediately emailed them back to request the refund minus the 25%. I received another call from Mars from another foreign accented person who said my resume would be assigned to another writer. I decided, well OK, let someone else have a shot at it. Maybe I didn't provide them with enough information.

The second draft was even worse than the first. The very first word in the resume was misspelled and the grammer was that of a person who is not fluent in English. Several edits that I had asked for had not been done. I emailed them again informing them that this was not acceptable and I would like a refund. I have not heard back from them yet so this could get even more interesting.

Bottom line, do your research before using any kind of service on the internet.
