Return Scam - skirt, and shorts

So I bought shorts and a denim skirt from Hollister for 90 some dollars. At the time a friend of a freind worked there, and she was with us to pick up her check. She told us if we wanted anything from here (Hollister) we needed to hurry up and buy it now so we could use her employee discount. SO I picked out the skirt and shorts in a hurry and got a size too small. I went top return them and the allowed to have store credit. THen as I was checking out they told my clothes with the tags on, said they smelled like smoke. I was furious they told no exchange would be allowed. The clothes did not smell like smoke at all. The man working there was very rude to me, and said you should of told you went to a party instead of lieing. I then pulled out the employee discount receipt and said... I see yall are very concerned about your return policy but I think yall should be a little more concerned about your employee discount policy. The man's jaw dropped as he read the receipt. I still have the 95 dollars worth of too small clothes, never been worn, tags and all. Horrible costumer service!
