Customer Service Employee Luis Lied About Refund Policy & Treated Me as a Thief Altamonte Springs 886 W State Rd. 436www.target.com

I went in this store to exchange two pair of shorts for a smaller size. The shorts I bought were on sale for $6.99 in Daytona Beach, Florida. The shorts in Altamonte Springs, Fla were $9.99. I couldn't find my receipt when I came into the store so the customer service person Luis told we they couldn't do anything for me. I question him about all of my options that Target allow and Luis stated that he still couldn't do anything without a receipt and point to Target return policy. I then took everythang out of my pocketbook and found the receipt. Luis then told me he could have given me a return without a receipt with identification. I told him that I asked him that from the beginning because I knew that they could trace the check through their system and retrieve the receipt. I then told him he thought I had stolen the merchandise and that's why he had treated me in such a manner. I told him he was a liar when dealing with customers without a receipt, and he quotes his own policy when he think a customer return is stolen merchandise. Luis then stop waiting on me and instructed Shanay to take care of me. Shanay was rude and told me to shut up or she won't help me! Being sarcastic Shanay started scanning the new merchandise and started say oh this not on the receipt I went over the fact that I was exchanging the xl shorts for the l shorts. Smiling she said that I am going to return the shorts for $6.99 and then you can purchase the one for $9.99. I told her that will be wrong because that would make me pay the higher price. I explained to her that I know she is trying to be smart and I explained to her I am a manager to and I know for a fact that not correct. Shanay calm down after I told her that and then printed me a rebate to come back in the store to buy more pants for $6.99. Shanay finally thank me after completing my transaction. The bottom line is I was first treat as a thief with no returns options when I could find my receipt, but when I found my receipt I was treat different with many options. My question is how many other customers has Luis and Shanay have mistreated.
