I tried to return six items purchased just two weeks prior, had the receipt but my daughter clipped the tags. The mngr. Took two back but refused the rest. I told her I would except the lowest prices on the receipt if she would just take them, because they don't fit right. She refused. I've never had this much trouble with any other store.in fact, that same day I returned an item at Victoria's Secret with no receipt or tag. It faded in the wash. The mngr. Read the tag to me on how to wash and gave me a new one. Thats good customer service. I'm very upset with Hollister and my daughter, who just wanted an exchange so she could get something else was in tears. Hollister really needs to treat customers with respect. They can't have a business without the consumer!
