Hollister
No even exchange w/o paying more money

Hollister at the West Oak Mall in Ocoee Florida store 30297. I purchase a pair of shorts on 8/19 for my daughter a size 5 but they were to big. On 8/22 I took them back to exchange for a size 3. After standing in a long line when i finally get to the register i was told i could exchange but i would have to pay $13 more for the exact pair of shorts. The manger and cashier told me several different lies why i had to pay the original price for the shorts. One of which was because when i purchase the shorts they were on sale and the sale has went off. I explained to them that they wasn't on sale that i had a coupon they sent me from hollister if i spend $50 or more i get $25 off. Then the cashier went on telling me if i brought them back either that night or a few days later i could have got it for the same price but because its been over a week they can't do it. But remind u I purchase the shorts on 8/19 and today is 8/22 3 days later. After going back and forth with them the manager gave me a card to contact customer service i immediately knew this was a bunch of bullshit and i wasn't going to get any type of results. When I checked out not one time did they tell me if i have to return these for another size i would have to pay the original price $39.50. So when u purchase an item that has a % off and need a different size get ready to pay the original price for that item. This was my 1st and last time shopping at hollister this is bad business.
