I'm F. Abraham Samuel from Madurai Tamilnadu India. My mom Mrs. Romina Finny purchased a bajaj Kristal 2 wheeler on 10/10 after I offered the automobile towards the approved bajaj seller for that first free support on 10/11 2007 they completed the support exactly the same evening plus they delivered the automobile in my experience. On examination I came across little scores and color being eliminated on some places on my automobile additionally there have been some defective almonds and screws after I told them about that they fixed the almonds and screws problem. And today when offered my automobile for minute free support on 22/2 they have cracked my rear tail lamp and refuse to accept responsibility stating that i have no proof. Also there's another issue;throughout the first free support they charged me Rs. 60 for just the Teflon polish layer they suggested however for the 2nd support the billed me Rs. 75 for that same. After I enquired about that they merely suggest that the buying price of the shine has improved. I've both expenses whilst the evidence. My automobile has run just 927 kms and it is new. But experiencing several issues because of the seller is extremely frustrating and that I also genuinely believe that the servicemen in the support center aren't certified for that work most of them being illiterates. Please enable me to solve the issues, in the end individuals are the leaders of an economy. I have joined the handle of the authorised supplier who's the issue below.
