Manager Yelled at Pregnant Girlfriend Over Merchandise Pickup

We have been renting from this company for 4 months. My girlfriend is pregnant and was put on bed rest this past week. Because of financial reasons we were unable to keep the merchandise, so we called them to come pick it up.

When my girlfriend called at 3:00 pm today, they said they would pick it up by 7:00 pm. At 5:00 pm the store manager called to say they could not pick it up until Wednesday. She told him that was not possible because we are being loaned some furniture tomorrow morning. The manager, Jeremy, started yelling at her and told her it was not his problem and that it was not going to be picked up today. When she told him we would just set it outside, he continued to yell and raise his voice, then said they would be here today, and hung up on her.

If this is the way they treat all their customers, I believe people should avoid this business at all costs. I have rented from Rent-A-Center and was always treated with respect.
