This agency is about the only one around to get a rental house from here so just be very careful and read your contract front to back. He tried to slide in that our rent would be $100.00 a month more than it should be. When we call him with any problems we are having he will usually never get back to us and won't return messages left for him. The only way to deal with him is in person and be very very firm on what you need.
