Rental ripoff, dishonest, cowards that have no integerity, or common courtesy

Aarons, is one of many rental companies that rip you off. Last year I rented a bedroom suite from Aarons, I had just explained to Aarons what a bad experience I had with another rental agency, the manager shook his head in disbelief at the service this other company had provided, so I felt more comfortable going with Aarons for rental, when Aarons delievered the bedroom suite not only did they bring in the furniture and leave withoutputting the whole bedroom suit together but the armoir drawer was broken, I let the manager know, he told me that he would take care of it, months went by, me making payments on time, etc... I continued to hound manager, finally when I told them to just pick up rental, he calls me tells me, they have sent for replacement of armoir from manufacturer, I got replacement, same thing... Drawer broken, contacted manager, let him know, again advised I will take care of it, months go by, me continuing to pay, nothing resolved, I finally told manager to come get merchandise, I will not continue to pay, they come and get the suit, no refunds, no discounts, nothing resolved, weeks after bedroom suit returned I get harassing phone calls from Aarons demanding payment.
