Dumpster Rental fees - Waste Management Dumpster Rental

I ordered a residential dumpster to be delivered today. 2:30pm and still no dumpster. Call their support line and was told it could be delivered up until 6:00pm. Questioned if I would have to pay for the day since I lost all day use of it and was told yes. I was told I should have ordered it for yesterday delivery if I wanted to use it today which would have cost another $10 for potential no use that day. Since I ordered it for a Friday delivery and its a three day rental, I also have to pay an additional $10 for a Monday pick-up since they do not pick-up on Sunday which would be the 3rd day. Pick-up on Monday could also be early am so if you want to guarentee use of it that day you would have to pay an additional $10 and have it picked up on Tuesday. What a scam.
