Would Not Pick Up Bed Set, Missed Work Waiting Twice

I asked Aaron's to come pick up a bed set that I do not want anymore because I went out and bought a new set. They told me that since I had paid for this month (because they have my credit card on file), and I had told them before the payment was due to pick it up, they could not pick it up. Now I have 2 bedroom sets in my bedroom, and the Aaron's bed set is really heavy and I am the only male in the house.

I called them 3 times to pick it up and they never showed up. For 2 of those times I called off work to wait on them, and they never showed up. Every person I talked to at Aaron's was unprofessional. One of them said, "I didn't tell you to call off work," and that is when I got heated.

I am in the military and I know a lot of soldiers who rent furniture, and I am going to make sure to tell them not to go to Aaron's.
