Warranty in question

I've experienced my house for 9 years. I've recently approached MI Windows and Gates concerning the seals on the windows. They're declaring the windows are protected underneath the guarantee and they may change them. Nevertheless, I've to calculate, purchase the delivery, and deploy or ask them to mounted myself. Bearing in mind that any mistake in calculating could be at my cost. Additionally, after I questioned why I'd need to purchase delivery they mentioned the guarantee simply transformed as of 1/1/10. How can a guarantee change? Should not they be accountable, and remain behind their function? Any suggest could be useful!
