Sears Lawn Mower
Will not honor warranty

I bought a drive mower from our local Sears. THE 3RD moment we employed it, it created a sound & quit functioning. It'd a-2 year guarantee, that we believed could be excellent. The mower was said to be prepared 4/12. We named the organization shop in Ft. Worth on 4/13 they stated it had been prepared. Whenever we got towards the shop, it had been not there. On 4/18 the service-center named to obtain agreement to get a $224 fix bill! After I stated it had been under guarantee, they stated it'd been run without gas & wasn't protected. Personally, I place gas within the mower. Or even, how achieved it ensure it is towards the 3rd period useful?!?? Anything malfunctioned that triggered it to flow out or not move. That's a physical issue, and never my mistake. They WOn't restore/change it at no cost. They'll NOT recognize the guarantee! Save your valuable cash and do not buy something having a engine, from Sears!
