Sears made a false claim about their windows Ripoff

Sears windows made a flase claim stating their windows were also sound proof. I asked several times about their warranty and what would happen if we weren't satisfied with the windows dampening the sound. The salesman stated that we could get our money back and that I should go ahead and get the windows with a guarantee like this. The windows were approximately $1,000 per window and I had 3 windows installed. I've tried to contact Sears about this problem but no one will return my call. The only time I got through to one of the managers he said that they (Sears) would not return my money. So much for a great company! Buyer beware!!!
