Purchase vacuum at Sears. Vacuum very hard to push on shag carpeting.
Wanted to exchange the vacuum for a "higher" end model within a few days.

Since we used the first vacuum, we would be charged 15% restocking fee, plus the difference of price.

The first line of Sears return policy states "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back"

This give the consumer the impression that they can buy with confidence at Sears.

It's is only after the consumer is unhappy with the product that they are informed of the 15% restocking fee.
