Vacuum Motor Failed Twice and Warranty Replacement Not Provided

We purchased a vacuum cleaner with extended warranty from Sears 2 years ago. We took the vacuum in because the motor quit. They never called us to let us know when it was ready (supposed to}SO we went to the store to check and it was ready But, they lost our two connecting rods and won't replace them. We took our vacuum home and of course started it up to see how it worked{its kind of hard vacuuming without the hoses if you can picture that!

Well Lo and Behold the motor quit again! We took our defunked vacuum back. They said they MIGHT replace it??!! We want a replacement so we can get on with keeping our house clean! I never thought the day would come when SEARS would Rip anybody off! But here we are... I am submitting this report for my daughter and son inlaw. Thank you
