Telemarketing Shipping Scam

Express Transaction Services calls and says they have a package to ship to you. If you say ok, they claim you bought the product. They send the product UPS and a clerk signs for it. Later you receive an invoice that says if you signed for the product you bought it.

When I called to complain they did nothing and would not connect me to a supervisor.

The scam is sending the package when you did not order anything and timing the invoice to arrive after the package is signed for.
