Ripoff credit card freud overcharge / not delivering product

April 6th I ordered a canon Alura 85 and accessory package # 1 ($469). I receeived conformation by Email (order # 1219267). The next day I received a phone call from best price asking me if I wanted to upgo Package # 3 which included better accessories and more of them. I agreed. ($639 $28.00 freight). I received the camera and package # 1 and an invoice for $741 (invoice #B108411) I have repeatedly asked them to ship the difference between Package # 1 and package # 3 OR refund the $244 to my account. I have not received any response from them from the date I started asking (April 11th)
