Telemarketing Scam for products not ordered

Someone calls claiming they are your credit card supplier and that they have an order to ship. Once the person who happened to answer the phone says O.K., they ship the products and say that you requested the products. Then the invoice shows up and when you call to complain and try to return the items they say that once the products are signed for that you can't return them.

Then a month or so later they call to say that the second part of your order is ready to ship and if you tell them that you don't want the order because it was never authorized they say that they will have to send you and invoice for the "30% Discount" they gave on the original order.

When you ask to speak to a supervisor they say that they will have someone call you back. When they finally call back they give you the same rhetoric and threaten to send you to collections. Be aware of this scam and inform your people that answer the phone about their tactics.
