Home Depot #6069 Dishonetly Tracks your DL # to track your returns

Contrary to the Home Depot return policy posted on their website, they track your returns by capturing your DL#. This is true evebn if you have the receipt. The return policy only states that they can request ID such as a DL. If you do not provide the DL and allow them to track your DL # for fraus they refuse service and call the police. Their level of arrogance is astounding.

Call their customer service number and speak to someone in Mumbai, India. The only reposne is thank you, I'm sorry. No information is flowed back to the store. The arrogant employees are immune.

I have held a Home Depot credit card for 12 years and spent $10k but they are now the store of last resort.
