I recently wrote a review of sod that I purchased at Home Depot in Hawthorne, NY, that was infected with fungus and destroyed my lawn. I recieved an answer from depot Dan requesting additional information which I supplied over a week ago. I have not heard from Home depot since. They responded on line in public to make it appear as if someone were going to address my problem but that was a sham. Home Depot doesn't care about the consumer or that the sod they sold me last year was so toxic that I still cannot get any thing to grow where the sod was even though I ripped it all up and planted new seed both last fall and spring. What's up Home Depot? Are you going to actually rectify the situation or are you just going to make the public believe you care about your customers when you actually don't. I would love to retract this complaint and write a positive review. I just need reason to do so.
