Worker walked off without helping bungee grill in truck

I am a 37-year-old single woman who went to pick up a grill. I finally got someone to help me get it into the back of my truck. We got it onto the tailgate, and I asked for assistance to bungee it down. He said, "It's in the truck," and walked away. I have had both hips replaced and have numerous back problems, and that irked me. I switched from Home Depot to Lowe's because of their customer neglect. I'm running out of stores. People who are being paid to help their customers should do it.
