Ripoff, horrible customer service, dishonest

My sister ordered bridesmaids dresses, and Poffie Girls said they would have no problem with out-of-state orders. I gave my measurements over the phone and the manager, Vicki, ordered me a size 12. My sister went to the store with another bridesmaid who was the same size as me and tried on the size 12. It was way to big, so my sister changed my order to a size 10. My dress was delivered a few weeks later and it was a size 12. My sister called numerous times and was told that it was too late to order another dress, so when I got into town (one week before the wedding) they would do alterations (for full-price). When I got into town I took the dress in for alterations. The seamstress said that she was able to make some adjustments but not others that we wanted, so we talked to the manager, Vicki, about the situation. She rudely stated that there was nothing they could do, which brought my sister to tears. Vicki went on to say that it was ridiculous for my sister to be upset about something as "silly" as a dress. My mother and I tried to calmly explain to Vicki that the situation was their fault and that they had been giving my sister the run-around for months now, so she was stressed. Vicki continued to be condescending, unreasonable, and unwilling to apologize or take the blame for her store's mistake. We left the store with the promise that the dress would be ready two days later, but when we went back the dress was not ready. So we had to wait another day and drive the 45 minutes again to pick up the dress. The store got other dress sizes wrong, and made my other sister pay extra money to "lengthen" her dress because she is 5'9". However, her dress was too long (supposed to be tea-length but it was almost to her ankles!).
