Company picked up the furniture on March 21 and it is June 2 and I still don't have the furniture! Promised they'd be here several times but have never shown up!

This company has been HORRIBLE to deal with! They say they'll call back, but never do. They say they'll be here on a certain day but never show up. They made us pay IN FULL up front, and now they won't deliver the furniture. I've talked with several people, the last one named Bobby who said he was the dispatch manager. He promised the furniture would be here last week and that they'd call several days in advance and would deliver whenever it was convenient for me.

They called last night (about 10 days late!) and left a message that they'd be here tonight. Then the driver called and gave me a hard time because I won't be here when "we'd agreed" for delivery. I NEVER AGREED TO A DELIVERY TIME — HE SIMPLY LEFT A MESSAGE!!! What a horrible company to deal with! And I've yet to see my furniture!
