Totally Unprofessional

I am a briadsmaid for my friends wedding and she ordered her dress at this joke of a place and they ordered the wrong dress when I don't know how they could get that wrong and then my friend wanted to order the briadmaids dresses there too. Which I already knew was going to be a mistake. The lady that was helping me didn't get my right size to try on a sample of the dress. Then when they took my measurements and told me what size I would have to get it was two sizes more then my real size which I don't mind going up one size because I know that those dresses run smaller. But they didn't want to listen to me and I was trying to tell them what size I should order and then they order the size they wanted and then charged me an extra $30 on top of that. I was so upset that they wouldn't listen to me and they don't really know what they are talking about most of the time. Then when my dress came in they ordered the wrong size and had to send it out for the right one and through all of this they never once called me to let me know my dress was in and never once told me that they ordered the wrong dress. When I called to find out if the dress was in or not they didn't even know how to look up that infor. I had to tell them my name about 3 times before she would let me know or not. When I got the dress it was WAY to big so i had to pay another $100 to have it hemmed and had to take it in about an inch on each side of the dress but they picked this size by my mesurements whatever! They don't have any customer service skills over the phone and don't really know what they are doing in person. I personally don't know how they stayed in business for so long because I would Never go to this place again, they can't get anything right.
