I ordered a dress in a size 8. When the dress came in, it fit like a size 4 according to the experienced seamstress I used for years. I did not open the package immediately, because it was my daughter's birthday and I had family visiting from out of town.By the time, I realized the problem, the company told me they could not help me, because it had been more than a week. I decided to have a friend order me a dress in a 14W, so it could not possibly be too small. Then, I intended to ship back the original dress, since there was no tag/label of any kind verifying its size. When the second dress arrived, and I took it to my experienced seamstress, she told me the dress had been made all wrong and the proportions were all off - something to do with how the sleeves were connected. She sent me to tailor that worked for a luxury men's clothing store. He said that he could fix the dress, but he would have the take the whole thing apart and start from scratch. He told me because of the labor involved, he would have to charge, $300 for this, and because I had to have a dress for my cousin's wedding, i felt like I was left with no choice. So, in the end I am out $337.44 for the cost of the 2 dresses and an extra $300 for making a dress that was improperly made work. What a nightmare!
