Fraudulent Billing Practices Ripoff

I recall recently reading that T-mobile is the recipient of several coveted awards in customer service. That's the primary reason I chose this company as my cell phone provider. However, I've experienced nothing but callousness, impudence, arrogance and indifference in the attitudes of T-mobile employees (from V.P. Level down to customer service). On March 17, my T-mobile cell service was suspended because I had exceeded the $150 spending limit. On that same day I lost my phone, and on March
18 I went into a local T-mobile store and purchased a new one. When this phone was activated, my service was restored. On March 19 the service was suspended again-this time due to the fact that the payment was past due I was told. On 3-19 I made a cr. Card pymt. Of $51.92, and svc. Was restored. The svc. Rep told me that the service "would be fine for 7 days". On 3-22 the svc.
Was interrupted again! When I called John Clelland, V.P. Of Mktg. At T-mobile, he advised me to call cust. Svc. And that he could not help me.
