Customer Service Reps out of control, OBNOXIOUS, Hang Up on us. CSRs refusal to accept return of "upgraded" (a sick joke) VASTLY INFERIOR DirecTV PLUS DVR system. We were promised a TiVo-based 70 hour system and they delivered this piece of junk DVR. Now they say LIKE IT OR LUMP IT: PAY UP or do without their services.

Via e-mail DirecTV CSRs repeatly promise to return phone calls: No return calls

Have gone to Better Business Bureau, only to find they are FLOODED with similar complaints. Filed a complaint at BBB.

This company needs to be punished for their irresponsible bad behavior and failure to adequately supervise their Customer DIS-Service Department personnel.
